Who Wins? Class 1-A Vs The X-Men: Heroes x Mutants

Who Would Win?

Class 1-A (My Hero Academia)

Kohei Horikoshi is the author and illustrator of the superhero manga series My Hero Academia. Since July 2014, it has been published in serial form in Shueisha's Shonen manga magazine Weekly Shonen Jump. The world of My Hero Academia is one in which most people have developed the ability to develop superpowers known as "Quirks," which occur in children as young as four years old and are thought to affect 80% of the world's population.

Izuku Midoriya, a boy who was born without a Quirk but yet harbors aspirations of becoming a superhero, is the protagonist of the story. All Might, Japan's most famous superhero, discovers him and grants him his Quirk after realizing his potential. All Might also assists in getting Midoriya accepted into a top high school for aspiring superheroes.

There are an infinite amount of quirks, and it is exceedingly unlikely that two people unless they are closely related, will possess the same power. Some of the Quirk-enhanced people go by the moniker of Heroes, helping the government with rescue missions and the capture of villainous criminals who abuse their powers. Heroes who do their roles admirably also become well-known and are referred to as "Pro Heroes". The majority of heroes are popular according to their rankings, with higher-ranking heroes enjoying greater popularity and public appeal, while it is not unusual for rookie heroes to do so as well.

Class 1-A has long been recognized as one of the most successful classes at the U.A. High School because of its instructors and importance to the Pro Hero community. The most current class, which includes the main character Izuku Midoriya, is established during the Entrance Exam Arc. Soon after the start of the academic year, Momo Yaoyorozu and Tenya Ida are chosen to serve as the class representatives. Shota Aizawa was the homeroom teacher for the protagonists of our tale. As a result, the majority of the plot centers on their academic pursuits to become successful professionals. Later, the class becomes infamous for frequently being in the middle of a quarrel.

X-Men (Marvel)

The X-Men are a team of mutants with extraordinary abilities that frequently appear in Marvel comic books. By the time the team was established in 1963 by writer Stan Lee and illustrator Jack Kirby, it had become one of Marvel Comics' most successful franchises. Charles "Professor X" Xavier, the team's founder and a powerful telepath who runs a school for mutant children out of his house in Westchester, New York, which serves as the team's headquarters, is in charge of the X-Men for the most of the time. Magneto, a powerful mutant with control over magnetic fields portrayed as Xavier's old friend and antagonist and frequently appears in their storylines as either an ally or a foe, has been a recurring character.

In the Marvel Universe, the X-gene is a genetic characteristic that some humans are born with, giving mutants their intrinsic superhuman powers. The development of this talent or similar abilities usually occurs throughout puberty. Because of how mutants differ from most of mankind, they frequently face discrimination and persecution. Because of this, many X-Men narratives provide societal commentary on injustice and intolerance. The X-Men have battled a diverse spectrum of foes, including villainous mutants, racist humans, supervillains, mystical dangers, extraterrestrials, and malevolent artificial intelligence.

The comic explored the interaction between the heroic X-Men and a populace that did not value or even want their help. Mutants like these were hated and punished because of who they were, a concept that resonated in the United States during the civil rights period. Even though this war and the genetic basis of their abilities were unique, stories published under the X-Men moniker eventually degraded into pretty ordinary conflicts with evil supervillains. By 1970, interest had dwindled, and the series had devolved into reprints of previous stories.

The original X-Men were a group of young people who went to Xavier's School for Gifted Children. They were never all male, despite the name. The school appeared to be nothing more than a top-tier college prep school in Westchester County, New York. It served as the primary mutant superhero team's training ground and main office in the Marvel Universe. Angel, Beast, Cyclops, Iceman, and Marvel Girl made up the original X-Men, who were led by the formidable telepath Charles Xavier (also known as Professor X).

X-Men Roster

Speed: Instant

Physical Strength: An Absolute Unit

Power Strength: Omega Level

Durability: Immortal

IQ: Brains and Brawn

Teamwork: Soap Opera

Ace: Southern Charm

Weak link: 2 Wings 1 Stone

Verdict: The X-Men have an extensive list of big hitters, however, with great power comes a great amount of ego. Class 1-A's relationship with one another allows them to take their teamwork to the next level with the introduction of combined attack maneuvers. While the X-Men do showcase some combined maneuvers, a majority of their fighting is based on individual bouts. This type of team battle is effective when each member can handle their own, however, in this case, the 10 X-Men are faced with 20 UA students making it a 2-to 1-fight. Despite the difference in numbers, the caliber of strength, durability, and experience of each of the X-Men far outweighs any disadvantage in numbers. The X-Men sweep Class 1-A and send them back to homeroom before the morning bell rings.

Winner: The X-Men (Marvel)
