Who Wins? Rock Lee vs Yuji Itadori: The Green Beast x Sukana's Vessel

Who Would Win?

Rock Lee (The Green Beast)

Rock Lee Profile

Rock Lee was routinely mocked by his classmates at school for his inability to perform ninjutsu or genjutsu, even failing to use the more basic techniques that all shinobi learn at a young age. Lee's only skill was taijutsu, and even that was very mediocre. Lee appeared unlikely to become a ninja, and anyone else in his unusual situation would have given up, but not Lee. Every day, Lee pushed his body to its limits by constantly practicing taijutsu, subjecting him to arduous training regimens, and if he failed to meet his promise for completing one assignment, he would train in an even more difficult activity.

Since the academy, Lee has been under the watchful supervision of Might Guy, Konoha's number one taijutsu practitioner. Guy noticed something special in Lee, getting proud when Lee finished a

task and enjoying his never-say-die attitude. Lee saw Guy as more than simply a sensei; if someone made fun of Guy, he would get extremely offended and agitated. Lee was eventually joined to Team Guy, along with Tenten and Neji Hyuga, and at the time, his look and demeanor were extremely similar to Guy's, including wearing identical clothing and even having the same hairdo.

Under Guy's guidance and supervision, Lee regularly trained in taijutsu and the strong fist technique, which causes external harm to the body, such as shattering bones. Lee has been wearing big training ankle weights since his training, which increases his strength but slows his speed to the point where he is still regarded extraordinarily quick by his peers.

Lee is very kind and considerate, using formal pronouns to refer to others. He is also extremely respectful to his opponents and has a great sense of honor, to the point where his good-natured heart prevents him from holding grudges. Lee believes that all ninjas should respect their opponents and he becomes enraged if they do not.

Yuji Itadori (Sukana's Vessel)

Yuji Itadori Profile

Yuji is a first-year jujutsu sorcerer at Tokyo Jujutsu High who plunges the world of sorcery by eating one of Ryomen Sukuna's twenty fingers, a powerful cursed spirit—a being created from cursed energy flowing from humans. Yuji exorcizes curses with his classmates to complete his grandfather's history and unconditionally save others, so that when he is executed after eating all twenty fingers, he would not die alone.

Yuji and his outstanding cursed talents are refined over the series as he battles many curses and the

emotional consequences of his acts. Despite just having worked with cursed energy for a few months, Yuji is extremely powerful even without becoming Sukuna's Vessel. Yuji greatly believes in the worth of life and works tirelessly to guarantee that everyone he encounters, no matter how close he is to them, receives adequate care.

Yuji, his first name, translates to "abundant, help, and brave," with the individual syllables meaning "slow or relaxing" and "caring for others." His surname, Itadori, is derived from Japanese knotweed, or Fallopia japonica, which is used in traditional medicine to relieve pain and embodies Yuji's compassionate nature. Although Yuji is normally peaceful, good-natured, and cheerful, however he has been seen to become easily enraged in the face of pure malice especially after witnessing personally the cruelty that curses are capable of.

Yuji is a fair person who sincerely cares about everyone he regards to be human with free will, regardless of how close he is to them. He values "the value of life," and to that end, he will guarantee that others die "properly." As a result, he feels that killing another human life is morally wrong and seeks to avoid the option of doing so unless it is a last resort. Yuji's willingness to sacrifice himself for the sake of others is one of his distinctive attributes, motivated by his grandfather's final words to him to die surrounded by others.

Verdict: YOUTH VS YOUTH, all we could say is this would be a fight that would have Gojo and Might Guy at the edge of their seats. Rock Lee boast ridiculously fast speeds with some incomprehensible feats of strength. From skipping around with 10,000 lb. ankle weights on, on EACH leg, to being able to shoot steady when he's off that henny, Rock Lee has proven time and time again that he is an opponent not to be taken lightly. However, Itadori's ability to withstand serious levels of pain/injury (even dismemberment) while persisting to fight, make him that much harder to take down. While Rock Lee posses the ability to open 6/8 Gates, it does however come at a grave cost to his own personal health and wellbeing. Consequently, the time limit that Lee can use this ability for exponentially decreases as time passes through his attacks/defense, therefore our verdict is that Itadori wins this battle...but not without serious to life threating injuries that will require some serious reverse cursed technique to heal.

Winner: Yuji Itadori (The Tiger of West Junior High)
