Atsushi Ohkubo is the author and illustrator of the Japanese manga series Fire Force. In Year 186, Shinra was five years old and lived with his mother and younger brother, Sho. As a child, Shinra was fascinated by heroics, dressing up as a superhero, emulating heroic movements from television, and yearning to be a hero who could protect his loving family. Shinra's mother once pushed him to pick up his toys, but he resisted since he wanted to complete his book. His mother told him about the urban legend about misbehaving children being kidnapped and taken to the Netherworld.
Shinra awoke one evening to find his house on fire. He notices a Infernal standing in his home among the flames and in the midst of the chaos realizes that his mother and little brother Sho had not survived the fire. His families death caused him to develop a nervous laugh, which causes the muscles in his face to tighten whenever he is worried, exposing his teeth and extending his mouth into a smile; Shinra's devil grin.
Following the tragedy, people assumed Shinra was a villain who purposefully slaughtered his own family for amusement while smiling his malicious smile. Others avoided him because they mistook him for the devil. His grandmother refused to let him reside with her because she was afraid of what he had allegedly done.
Shinra remained at Haijima Industries since he couldn't control his Ignition Power, and they fitted him with liquid nitrogen boots to inhibit his ability. During his stay, he and the other youngsters had no freedom or privileges, and the scientists simply saw them as test subjects. When he was thirteen, he moved out and enrolled in the Special Fire Force Training Academy, hoping to uncover the truth behind the fire that killed his family and spare others from the hopelessness of the flames. Due to his background, he was still regarded as a demon in the academy. He was made aware of the dangers of Third Generation Overheating. Shinra imagined he'd join Special Forces during his schooling.
Shinra anticipated that when he graduated, he would join Special Fire Force Company 4. He was, ultimately, assigned to Special Fire Force Company 8.
Speed: Near Light Speed

Shinra's ignite ability dramatically boosts his mobility and speed, making him the quickest character in Fire Force. He can fly faster than a jet plane and break the sound barrier with his kicks, as well as create tremendous amounts of power to augment his (at the time) inadequate strength.
His agility has also improved, allowing him to outmaneuver and outrun even the most formidable opponents.
When paired with Shinra's combat style, his kick has the power to rip a limb or destroy an Infernal's core. On impact with his kicks, he can cause an explosion, lifting an item as heavy as a truck into the air.
He can modify the trajectory of his kicks in mid-air with his ignited feet, allowing him to constantly charge in with a barrage of kicks one after the other.
Strength: Hysterical Strength (Not so funny for his ops tho)

Shinra's strength grows substantially when he uses Hysterical Strength, allowing him to put Leonard Burns on the defensive despite his igniting ability being at its peak. Shinra possesses a high level of strength for his age, even when not using hysterical strength.
As a Fire Soldier, Shinra is used to saving people and was powerful enough to carry four people out of a burning structure before it exploded.
Shinra has shown expertise in ordinary fighting, including the ability to pin an opponent to the ground and shatter their guard with a strong kick, as well as protect himself against ground-breaking attacks, while relying largely on his Ignition Ability in battle

Shinra has extraordinary levels of Durability. He could withstand many persistent strikes from an opponent during a battle and still fight with extraordinary effectiveness, even suffering major blood loss, internal bleeding, and multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma.

He isn't the brightest in his crew however when it comes to split decision moments in the heat of battle, Shinra is able to asses his situation and act accordingly with relative temperament.

When a Third Generation overuses their power, their body begins to char as a result of a lack of oxygen. Tephrosis is the medical term for this condition. Tephrosis-caused charring appears to be permanent, and in certain cases, it prohibits the Third Generation from employing their talent without experiencing excruciating pain.

Katsuki Bakugo, also known as Kacchan, is a hero that appears in Khei Horikoshi's manga series My Hero Academia. As a child, Katsuki loved to bully the odd Izuku Midoriya. However, once they both attended U.A. High School and Katsuki was froced to see the child he had riduculed grow into a unwanted rival.
Katsuki is a rude, violent, arrogant, and abrasive person. Katsuki comes appear as anti-heroic, if not downright evil, with the demeanor of a juvenile delinquent. This troublesome trait stems from his upbringing, when he was known to torment a young, quirky Izuku Midoriya.
However, after getting admitted to U.A. High and experiencing several personal setbacks, one of which came from Izuku, Katsuki has gradually evolved into a less aggressive individual, albeit keeping many of his awful features.
Katsuki, who is brutal and merciless, smiles strangely when he finds himself in the middle of a combat. His personality echoes his combat style: he attacks viciously and has little respect for neighboring objects, simply demolishing them with his power. Despite this, he's a skilled fighter, employing his Quirk in a variety of ways other than attacking. He's also extremely brilliant, capable of strategic planning and achieving some of the greatest grades in his class, to the point where some consider him a natural genius.
Katsuki's Quirk is Explosion, which allows him to make explosions with his hands by detonating the nitroglycerin-like liquid he sweats; over the series, he discovers a number of different applications for this.

Katsuki's best physical characteristics are his quick reflexes and response time. He's seen on several occasions overpowering his opponents with his speed or effortlessly dodging all of their hits while hitting back, such as in his fights with Ochaco, Cider House, and Izuku (even while the latter was at 5% of One For All).
Katsuku was instantly pushed back and was barely able to keep up as Izuku began using 8% of his true power.
His rapid movements help him to evade a jet of carbonated water powerful enough to tear a street light in half. Water jets that can cut through metal frequently move at 760 m/s (1700 mph), or more than twice the speed of sound.

Katsuki exhibits exceptional physical strength, as seen by his ability to wield his Grenade Bracers without suffering from recoil, whereas Izuku nearly dislocated his arm while attempting to do so.
He's also powerful enough to pick up and hurl somebody Izuku's size a long distance with only one arm.
With a kick, his physical might is even strong enough to extract blood from Izuku at 5% of One For All.
Durability: Hella Pride (Mini Vegeta)

Katsuki has demonstrated above-average endurance and durability. He's tough enough to deal with the aftermath of his explosions with only minor discomfort.
He stopped an 8% kick from Izuku without his arm breaking, although he sustained a huge scratch as a result.
He was even shown to be able to resist All Might strikes (while restricting himself), though not without excruciating suffering.

Katsuki has proven to be an extremely bright and strategic thinker.
He is one of the top students in Class 1-A
While he does not always have prior preparations like other people, he does investigate his opponent's flaws, like when he uncovered Fumikage's vulnerability during the U.A. Sports Festival during a fight, and can predict worst-case scenarios.

He often lets his anger and internal rage take over and cloud his judgement of a situation occasionally putting himself and his allies in danger.
Overuse of the Quirk might result in his breaking his forearms.
Verdict: In a battle between these two aspiring heroes, their fire powered abilities have served them well in the heat of battle, however how will it do them in a bout pitted against one another. Fire feet vs fire hands; Shinra and Bakugo share somewhat of a similar fighting sttyle, while Shinra opts to a more breakdancing style of fight Bakugo leans towards aerial attacks often with exceptional deceptive maneuvers coupled with his immense speed. Shinra may have more firepower over Bakugo, however Katsuki will find some way to subdue Shinra. Their difference in intellect and battle experience/decision making sets these two far apart from one another. Shinra will definitely put up a fight worthy of a fourth of July fireworks performance, but will fall short of the W.

Imo shinra sweeps in every category shinra also if shinra Got to the point where he had to use his adolla burst he would move faster than light & faster than bakugo could even imagine not to mention their fire power is unmatched Shinra stomps
